It is with great pleasure that I share the attached approved Zero Defects letter authorized by Alexandria Real Estate Equities, McFarlane Architects, and Level 10 Construction.  After 205 RFIs, 185 Submittals, 5 ASI’s, and 314 punch list items we have finally achieved our goal!  On behalf of Level 10 Construction, I would like to thank each and every one of you for your endless hours of hard work and patience to help us build something that we can all be proud of.  The inspector will be onsite shortly to signoff occupancy for the building (fingers crossed), and Metacrine will be fully operational on Monday morning.  We greatly appreciate having the opportunity to work with each and every one of you.  Job well done!

I wanted to take a moment to let you know it has been a pleasure working on this project with your foreman Alejandro Munoz. The project was filled with multiple coating challenges and safety concerns, all of which were handled with utmost professionalism by Alejandro. As a third party coating inspector it is not uncommon to deal with foreman/crew that are difficult and uncompromising. It has been a pleasure having corrections made without hesitation often prior to them being pointed out by myself, as Alejandro has done throughout the project.
