Arthur W. Raybold, Vice-President of Sales and Business Development, has recently returned to General Coatings Corporation, after a three year stint with New Way Landscape and Tree Service. Arthur spent thirteen years with General Coatings from 1996 to 2009, developing the ground up construction market with San Diego's premier general contractors. During this time, Arthur became known as the "Donut Man" as he unfailingly dropped off donuts Monday through Friday to every top general contractor in San Diego County.

Arthur continues to be a member of BOMA, IREM, CAI, SDCAA and IFMA and is a member of BOMA's Membership Committee and its Special Events Committee. Arthur is a former member of the
CAI's Board of Directors and won BOMA's prestigious Vendor of the Year award in 2008. Arthur is a mentor in IREM's Restart Program, where he tutors and mentors students who are being given a second chance through Restart's training program. Arthur contributes articles to the Daily Transcript and for years had his own column in Condo Management Magazine.
