I have been meaning to email you and commend the great job that Daniel and his crew have done for us at Pacific Plaza. They recently completed repainting of our monument sign and it looks fabulous. I also have him the painting job at Summit Ridge (small area) next week. These are not huge jobs but they’ve done a great job so far and I wanted to extend my gratitude to you.

Dear Joel,
I wanted to take a moment to let you know it has been a pleasure working on this project with your foreman Alejandro Munoz. The project was filled with multiple coating challenges and safety concerns, all of which were handled with the utmost professionalism by Alejandro.
As a third party coatings inspector it is not uncommon to deal with foreman/crews that are difficult and uncompromising. It has been a pleasure having corrections made without hesitation, often prior to them being pointed out by myself, as Alejandro has done throughout the project. His attention to detail and communication skills can not be overstated.
His ability to manage his crew has without a doubt allowed this project to progress smoothly. I look forward to the opportunity to work with Alejandro on future projects.

Dear Joel,
I have had the opportunity to work directly with Alejandro Munoz on the One America Plaza Crown Replacement project. I would like to take a few minutes to compliment Alejandro on his work, his professionalism, and his dedication to the project.
As you are aware, the project has been very demanding. The project requires an intense commitment to safety. It is physically challenging, in addition to being technically challenging. Not to mention that the weather conditions continuously impact the daily schedule.
Alejandro has been a gem to work with. He maintains constant communication with the third party inspector and myself. He plans ahead and provides adequate notice when coordination is required with the building management, the building engineers, or the building tenants. Alejandro's daily reports are without question the best that I have ever received from a subcontractor. He is a role model to all others. Alejandro maintains constant watch over his crews, beginning with the daily Safety meeting to the time they walk out to head for home. Alejandro carefully coordinates and updates the schedule with me on a daily basis. It is truly a blessing to work with a subcontractor foreman that checks in at the end of each day simply to say “I’m ready to leave, do you have any questions before I leave?”
Alejandro has been diligent to follow the procedures to the tee. He is always watching to see that the work is performed correctly, and that shortcuts are not taken.
Alejandro is careful to keep the best interests of the project, the work, and his employer at the forefront.
I will look forward to working with Alejandro at the very next opportunity.
