Juan Loaiza joined General Coatings Corporation in March of 2009 in the Business Development Department.

Juan brings  over 15 years of experience in the Construction Industry, where he has held positions as a Purchasing Agent and Contract Administrator,  then expanding his career and experience as a Construction and Project Manager.  Juan’s most recent accomplishment was to receive the distinction of LEED AP (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional).  The LEED AP credential signifies an advanced depth of knowledge in green building practices.  In addition Juan’s LEED AP distinction, General Coatings Corporation has become a proud member of the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) and actively practices sustainability with everyday shop practices, as well as practices in the field.
